As Business Developer, you are responsible to develop new partnerships with selected solution providers, negotiate terms and close deals.
We operate in a revenue sharing model where you receive a percentage of all the revenues you generate.
- Develop new partnerships with selected solution providers in the areas of Strategy Consulting, Software Development, Cyber Security, Talent Acquisition, etc. in Europe
- Nurture relationships with CEOs of target solution providers that want to expand in the Swiss market
- Present our partnership offering to qualified solution providers
- Negotiate project terms for the partnership to build long-term, profitable collaborations
- Close deals with selected solution providers
- Track record in selling high-ticket services with deal sizes of CHF 50'000 or more
- Strong experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients
- Strong experience in developing client and partner relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
- Excellent communication skills on top executive level (CxOs and VPs)
- High emotional intelligence and ability to create win-win-win situations for all involved stakeholders
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
