  • Business Enabler / Professional Connector (Revenue Sharing Model)

    As Business Enabler, you are responsible to develop new partnerships with selected solution providers as well as introducing our Entrepreneur and Executive members to the solutions that most serve their needs.

     

    We operate in a revenue sharing model where you receive a percentage of all the revenues you generate.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new partnerships with selected solution providers who can provide services that our ecosystem members need most
    • Manage relationships with our Entrepreneur and Executive members to identify their needs and connect them to the right solution partners
    • Connect with Entrepreneurs and Executives outside our ecosystem by interviewing them for The Aligned Leader Show or inviting them to our exclusive events like the CEO Collaboration Day
    • Expand the relationships with our members by finding new ways to serve their needs through our network and insights

     

     

    Experience

    • Track record in creating win-win-win partnerships between different groups of stakeholders
    • Strong experience in negotiating and closing deals in customer and partner environments
    • Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships on senior management level
    • Excellent communication skills on top executive level (CxOs and VPs)
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to create win-win-win situations for all involved stakeholders
    • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
    • Based in Switzerland, preferably Zurich

    As Business Developer, you are responsible to develop new partnerships with selected solution providers, negotiate terms and close deals.

     

    We operate in a revenue sharing model where you receive a percentage of all the revenues you generate.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new partnerships with selected solution providers in the areas of Strategy Consulting, Software Development, Cyber Security, Talent Acquisition, etc. in Europe
    • Nurture relationships with CEOs of target solution providers that want to expand in the Swiss market
    • Present our partnership offering to qualified solution providers
    • Negotiate project terms for the partnership to build long-term, profitable collaborations
    • Close deals with selected solution providers

     

     

    Experience

    • Track record in selling high-ticket services with deal sizes of CHF 50'000 or more
    • Strong experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients
    • Strong experience in developing client and partner relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
    • Excellent communication skills on top executive level (CxOs and VPs)
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to create win-win-win situations for all involved stakeholders
    • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
    • Based in Europe

  • Partner Success Manager (Project Basis)

    As Partner Success Manager, you are responsible to successfully manage client projects from beginning to end, while creating such a strong bond with the client that they become life-long partners.

     

    Our clients (Solution Partners) are global high-end B2B companies. We create custom-tailored Executive Roundtables, to help them build trusted, long-term collaborations with Switzerland's top digital decision makers.

     

     

    Success Measurements

    • Deliver project excellence by meeting & exceeding objectives defined with Solution Partners on deadline
    • Upsell at least 30% of Solution Partners into a recurring model to ensure long-term collaboration
    • Support Solution Partners to generate at least 10x ROI within the first 12 months of the collaboration


    Responsibilities

    • Manage projects with Solution Partners from beginning to end
    • Co-facilitate kickoff workshop with Solution Partners to assess needs and develop a highly targeted & effective theme for the executive roundtables
    • Build list of hyper-targeted decision makers and verify with Solution Partners
    • Closely collaborate with lead generation manager to book qualification calls with target decision makers
    • Conduct qualification calls with decision makers to book them into the executive roundtables
    • Create fact sheets based on insights from qualification calls to gather key data for the sales process
    • Closely collaborate with roundtable organizer to create an environment that leads to new business for the Solution Partners
    • Coach Solution Partners in sales cycle, lead nurturing and closing large deals

     

    Experience

    • Track record in project management, sales and delivery at high-end B2B companies
    • Strong experience in managing different stakeholder relationships at c-level
    • Strong experience in facilitating and moderating workshops on c-level
    • Excellent communication skills at c-level
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to create win-win-win situations for all involved stakeholders
    • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

    • Organize programs including content, guest moderators and event location to provide members with a unique experience
    • Coordinate dates and times with all involved stakeholders such as entrepreneurs, executives, guest moderators, and location sponsors to ensure maximum attendance and engagement
    • Facilitate programs together with guest moderators to ensure all members receive maximum value from each program and walk away with the insights & connections they need to turn their vision into reality
    • Identify the needs and wants of the community members to connect them to right solutions
    • Gather testimonials from program participants and feedback on improvements
    • Use insights from member feedbacks to turn them into added value for the next program

     

     

    Experience

    • Experience in organizing of physical events (40+ people) or conferences with all details involved
    • Experience in coordinating with all involved stakeholders of events or other programs
    • Experience in facilitating workshops, trainings or conferences including guest speakers or moderators
    • Experience in matching and connecting different stakeholders based on their needs and wants
    • Excellent communication skills on top executive level (CxOs and SVPs)
