  • Partnership Developer

    (Revenue Sharing Model)

    Are you a natural sales genius who loves enabling new collaborations in creative and engaging ways?

    Do you easily build trust with c-level leaders because of your personality and communication skills?

     

    As Partnership Developer, you are responsible to develop new partnerships with selected solution providers, on-boarding them into our ecosystem and support them throughout the partnership engagement.

     

    We operate in a revenue sharing model where you receive a percentage of all the revenues you generate.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new partnerships with selected solution providers in the areas of Strategy Consulting, Software Development, Cyber Security, Talent Acquisition, etc. in Europe
    • Develop relationships with CEOs and Founders of innovative technology solution providers that want to expand in the Swiss market
    • Present our partnership offering to qualified solution providers
    • Negotiate project terms for the partnership to build long-term, profitable collaborations
    • Close partnership deals with selected solution providers

     

     

    Experience

    • Track record in selling high-ticket services with deal sizes of CHF 100'000 or more
    • Strong experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners
    • Strong experience in developing client and partner relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
    • Excellent communication skills on top executive level (CxOs and VPs)
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to create win-win-win situations for all involved stakeholders
    • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
    • Based in Europe

  • Partner Success Manager (Project Basis)

    Are you a human-centric project management genius, who cares so much about the success of the client, that it becomes inevitable?

    Do you manage different stakeholder relationships with ease and are a natural over-achiever?

     

    As Partner Success Manager, you are responsible to successfully manage client projects from beginning to end, while creating such a strong bond with the client that they become life-long partners.

     

    Our clients (Solution Partners) are global high-end B2B companies. We create custom-tailored Executive Roundtables, to help them build trusted, long-term collaborations with Switzerland's top digital decision makers.

     

     

    Success Measurements

    • Deliver project excellence by meeting & exceeding objectives defined with Solution Partners on deadline
    • Upsell at least 30% of Solution Partners into a recurring model to ensure long-term collaboration
    • Support Solution Partners to generate at least 10x ROI within the first 12 months of the collaboration


    Responsibilities

    • Manage projects with Solution Partners from beginning to end
    • Co-facilitate kickoff workshop with Solution Partners to assess needs and develop a highly targeted & effective theme for the executive roundtables
    • Build list of hyper-targeted decision makers and verify with Solution Partners
    • Closely collaborate with lead generation manager to book qualification calls with target decision makers
    • Conduct qualification calls with decision makers to book them into the executive roundtables
    • Create fact sheets based on insights from qualification calls to gather key data for the sales process
    • Closely collaborate with roundtable organizer to create an environment that leads to new business for the Solution Partners
    • Coach Solution Partners in sales cycle, lead nurturing and closing large deals

     

    Experience

    • Track record in project management, sales and delivery at high-end B2B companies
    • Strong experience in managing different stakeholder relationships at c-level
    • Strong experience in facilitating and moderating workshops on c-level
    • Excellent communication skills at c-level
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to create win-win-win situations for all involved stakeholders
    • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
    • Based in Switzerland
